Join our comprehensive night classes which will empower you with information about a wide variety of topics
Content includes: Causes * Symptoms * Diagnosis * Pain Management * Treatment Options * Nutrition
Comprehensive notes provided

You will leave with a better understanding of endometriosis and feeling more in control.

Dates: Six Tuesday Nights starting 8 May.
Time: Nominally 630-830. This time can be adjusted to suit participants
Cost: $45 - includes comprehensive notes (support people sharing notes $40). If cost is a barrier let us know - we can help.
Enrolments close: Friday 4 May. Numbers limited.

Join our free monthly seminars, held at CCS Disability Action at 17 Claudelands Road in Hamilton.
There are a wide variety of topics and guest speakers throughout the year.

Our free monthly seminars are part of our Education programme, providing information to empower decision-making

Tea/coffee/milo provided. A plate and/or gold coin donation would be appreciated. Partners, friends, parents and health professionals all welcome. Look out for our signs at the entrance of our carpark

Pain Management is more than just pain meds! Tonight we'll look at:
- what endometriosis is and how it causes pain
- the different types of pain and how to distinguish between them
- the types of pain medications that can help for each cause
- how to take your pain medicines to be most effective and cause the least side effects
- an holistic approach to pain management
- what lifestyle changes can help with pain management
- what support is available?
