Community Education: Free Monthly Seminars
Sessions are held on the last Wednesday of every month (except April).

Helen is the Stress Coach at Wintec and is a fountain of knowledge on the topic of self-care.

New to Endometriosis? Have friends or family with endometriosis?Unsure about what endometriosis is?
Tonight will cover key information everyone should know - including:

- what causes it?
- what are the symptoms?
- how do you get diagnosed?
- what sorts of treatment options are appropriate?
- what support is available?

Support people such as friends and family are very welcome.
Our Midweek group runs the first Thursday of every month at different cafes around Hamilton. This group is co-ordinated by Hayley and Nisha.
We also run a Saturday group in Hamilton.
Please make contact if you'd to set up a group in your area or in school or tertiary campus. We will provide full training, support and resources to boost your confidence to run a successful group. All you need are good listening skills and the time to run a monthly meeting.
