Learn how small movements and awareness of your movements can make a difference in your everyday life.
Come along and try the Feldenkrais method, which can help with pelvic floor coordination, easing anxiety, and faster recovery from sports injuries.
Led by instructor Fleur Foreman, you will be introduced to what awareness through movement may have to offer and discover your own body’s way of moving that feels easy and good.
Wear comfortable clothing and be inspired to improve your range of mobility and reduce your pain.
No need to register, and the evening is free! Support people welcome, look out for signs at the entrance to the carpark.
