Exercising with Endometriosis
Join us and Jess from Endo Warriors Aotearoa to explore the benefits of exercise, getting started with exercise, the different types of exercise that can help endometriosis symptoms, and overcoming barriers to exercising.
We are also delighted to have Erin from Elements Yoga also joining us to lead a yoga flow that has been designed for pain release, stillness, and calm.
Elements Yoga believes that the benefits of yoga should be accessible to all. Erin is a trained and certified yoga instructor with specialisations in women’s health. Yoga can help calm the mind, ease discomfort in the body, provide tools for breath regulation, and help you to build physical strength and resilience in specially tailored flows for all levels of people.
Our FREE evening seminar is open to anyone with endometriosis symptoms. Partners, friends, parents, and health professionals all welcome.
There will be an opportunity to have your questions answered.
