Connecting with Other and Your Mental Wellbeing
There are all sorts of ways to help us cope in difficult times, and connecting with people is one way. The past couple of years have been tough and it’s easy to feel disconnected from the people and places that are important to us. It can also be challenging for people with chronic conditions, like endometriosis, to feel connected to others that do not have endometriosis and understand or emphathise with what you are going through.
We will be talking about how to have a safe and supportive kōrero with the people in our lives about endometriosis, our symptoms, and experiences as well as ways to look after our mental wellbeing during our endometriosis journey.
