Endo Meet-Ups are a great way of meeting others with endometriosis, to share experiences in a supportive environment.
We currently have groups that meet in Hamilton, and Tauranga regularly and an online group that meets on Zoom.
We have great training resources and support available to people that would like to volunteer their time and coordinate an Endo Meet-Up anywhere in New Zealand.
'Let's Talk About...' Webinars
Our monthly webinars are on Zoom and focus on a different topic each month, including diagnosis, surgical and hormonal treatment, complementary therapies, exercise, mental well-being, self-care and advocating for yourself.
Join from anywhere in New Zealand to learn more about the condition and how to manage your endometriosis.
We have comprehensive information guides that provide evidence-based information about endometriosis, as well as helpful tips from those that have lived experience of endometriosis.
The information guides will empower you with knowledge - whether you suspect you have endometriosis, have a diagnosis, or have a whānau member, friend, or someone in your life that is experiencing endometriosis symptoms.
View online or download Insight Endometriosis Information Guides and our brochure on endometriosis.
You can book an appointment with our Educator to talk about your symptoms, diagnosis, surgery, pain management, nutrition, treatment options, and ongoing management of your endometriosis.
You can meet at any point in your endometriosis journey. Appointments are typically an hour-long, but we don't watch the clock. There is no cost but a koha would be greatly appreciated.
Appointments can be on Zoom, by phone, or in person at our Hamilton centre.

Be supported after your surgery with a visit from our Educator or one of our trained volunteers. Often this is a time when you have a lot of questions.
Let us know your surgical date and you'll be able to text post-surgery if you'd like a visit or to book a phone appointment.
(Currently only available in Hamilton).
