Website Content Administrator
Purpose of the role:
The Website Content Administrator ensures that our website is accessible, accurate and up to date by:

reviewing our website content for spelling/grammar/design layout, identifying and making any changes required

using Canva to translate the content on our Info Hub

creating new templated Info Hub pages for different languages on Wix and uploading the translated content
Expected hours:
1-3 hours a week depending on the content required to be uploaded and to fit with personal commitments.

Expo Ambassador
Purpose of the role:
Expo Ambassadors hold a key role representing our organisation and provide information about endometriosis by engaging positively with the public.
Expected hours:
A shift of 3 hours for each expo and a 1.5 hour training at commencement and every 2-3 years as required. The volunteer should be able to help with at least one expo a year.

Document Translator Proofreader
Purpose of the role:
Insight Endometriosis Translation Proofreader works independently to proofread translated written material, such as our brochure about endometriosis and information guides to overcome language and cultural barriers with written information
Expected hours:
To fit with personal commitments.
Locations:
Remote
Brochure/Poster Delivery
Purpose of the role:
The Printed Information Deliverer works independently to distribute our posters, brochures and other printed material.
Expected hours:
To fit with personal commitments, ensuring regular contact with the Printed Distribution Team Leader regarding progress, and also working within needed time frames (usually 1-2 weeks)
